DadLAN engages in multiple programmes to provide comprehensive mental health support to its participants. Our key principles:
- Consistency is important – therefore we run monthly in-person LAN events that our participants can look forward to
- Physical health helps mental health – therefore we run MaxHealth, an initiative to encourage men and dads to do the things they know they should do (but don’t)
- We are not the destination – therefore we run Offline Events, an initiative to promote men and dads meeting up in-person with their families to create long-lasting and authentic relationships
